1. Who we are
The Jogo do Bicho app ("the App") is published by JOGO DO BICHO LTD, 10 Somerset Road, Christchurch BH23 2ED, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). For any privacy question write to emily.carter.gb593@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Nothing. The App does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There is no account and no sign-in, and the App does not read your e-mail address, contacts, location, photos or device identifiers.
3. Why that is technically the case
- The App has no internet permission, so it cannot make network requests, and it asks for no access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
- It contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking SDKs.
- It has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
4. What the App stores on your device
To remember your game, the App keeps your play-token balance, level, achievements, gift streak and your last ten draws in its private storage on your phone. This information never leaves the device and is not linked to your identity.
5. Backups
The App turns Android backup off and excludes its saved game from cloud backup and from device-to-device transfer. Your progress is therefore not copied to any server.
6. Deleting your data
Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage in Android settings, deletes everything it stored. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
7. Sharing, disclosure and transfers
We do not share, sell or transfer any data, because we do not receive any.
8. Children
The App collects no personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by e-mail, contact us and we will delete that message.
9. Play money only
Play money only. No real-money gambling. Tokens cannot be bought, won or cashed out. The App is a social simulation of a folklore game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any lottery, betting company or operator.
10. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask whether we hold data about you. The answer from the App is that we do not. If you contact us by e-mail, we use your message only to reply and delete it when the conversation is finished.
11. This website
This website is a set of static pages. We do not run analytics or place cookies of our own. Fonts and styles are loaded from public content-delivery networks (Google Fonts, cdnjs, the Tailwind CDN), which receive your browser's standard request information under their own policies.
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated text will ship inside a new version of the App and be published on this page.
